Biography
Asemahle Tshoni is currently completing a Master’s degree in Justice and Transformation, and holds an Honours degree in Development Studies as well as a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology and Gender Studies.
Her academic and research interests focus on transitional justice, memorialisation, and youth engagement, with particular attention to inclusive memory.
She is a Research Fellow at the International Youth Council on Gender Equality, where she contributes to youth-led research and advocacy advancing gender equality and social justice.
